Moderate customer reviews to build trust and social proof. Manage which reviews appear on your storefront.

## Access Reviews

Navigate to **Products &gt; Reviews**. Direct: [seller-area.youcan.shop/admin/products/reviews](https://seller-area.youcan.shop/admin/products/reviews)

## Moderate Reviews

Each review shows Product, Customer, Rating, Text, Date, and Status. Click **Approve** to display on storefront or **Reject** to hide it.

## Filter and Search

Filter by product, star rating, or status (Approved/Pending/Rejected).

## Best Practices

Approve honest, helpful reviews. Reject spam, abusive content, or clearly fake reviews. Respond professionally to negative reviews and use feedback to improve products.
