How to Manage Your Subscription Plan

YouCan offers a free Default plan and four paid plans - Solopreneur, Starter, Entrepreneur, and Premium. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.


Viewing your current plan

Your current plan name is displayed in the top header bar of your seller dashboard. Next to it, you will see an Upgrade now link.

Comparing and switching plans

  1. Go to Subscription Plans.
  2. Compare the available plans and their features.
  3. Click Upgrade on the plan you want.

Upgrades take effect immediately. For the full pricing breakdown, visit youcan.shop/en/pricing.

Downgrading your plan

To downgrade or stop monthly subscription charges:

  1. Go to Subscription Plans.
  2. Switch to the Default plan.

Downgrading stops future subscription charges but keeps your store data intact. Transaction fees on the Default plan are higher than on paid plans. You can upgrade again at any time.

Going on vacation or pausing your store

If you will not be using your store for a while, downgrading to the Default plan is the best way to avoid being charged. Your products, orders, and settings will remain saved until you are ready to resume.
