2. Account activation

YouCan.shop has the right on behalf of the user, to provide the Visa or MasterCard with his information upon the request of the account holder after completing the registration.
The user informed that activating credit card, Visa and / or MasterCard payment services will be his full responsibility as the account owner. If he does not want to keep it active, the responsibility for the cancellation rests with him as well. Whereas, Visa and / or MasterCard credit cards are third-party services and it is their sole responsibility to cancel the activation.

The account holder is responsible for activating or canceling the account. YouCan.shop is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the failure of the account holder to maintain or manage wire transfer payments and their data.
The account holder considers agreeing to the bank’s terms and conditions by simply using the bank transfer service in his store. YouCan.shop is not responsible for any breach of the bank's terms and conditions. If the account holder does not agree to the bank’s terms and conditions, he must disable the bank transfer services and not continue to use them in the store.
YouCan.shop reserves the right to cancel any account immediately after the confirmation of the use of a stolen bank card, or the manipulation of the card holder by the account owner.
2.4 Domain names (Store link)
YouCan.shop provides the account holder with the Subdomain (www.yourstore.YouCan.shop) for his store.
YouCan.shop allows the account holders to link the primary and sub-domain when purchasing a domain (link) via third party services as long as the YouCan.shop account is still active. The account holder is responsible for purchasing the domain (link), activating, and deactivating it based on his decision. YouCan.shop is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the failure of the account holder to maintain and manage his domain from third-party services.
3. General provisions

The terms of service will be available in Arabic, English and French. 4. YouCan.shop rights
YouCan.shop reserves the right to change or terminate the service for any reason without prior notice at any time.
YouCan.shop reserves the right to refuse to activate the service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Any verbal or written abuse of any kind (including threats of abuse or retaliation) by any customer, to YouCan.shop, YouCan.shop employee, or member / responsable will result in immediate account termination and legal prosecution.

8. Pay the fees

User must write valid credit card information in the registration file to pay all periodic financial obligations. YouCan.shop will record the fees charged to the credit card account whose information is written (the “Approved Card”), and YouCan.shop will continue to collect fees from the approved card (or Any replacement card) in exchange for the fees due until the services are terminated and only when all due fees are fully paid, unless otherwise indicated.All basic fees and other fees are in dollars, and all payments must be in the dollar currency.
YouCan.shop does not provide refund service.
9. Refund the balance
When the user buy a credit for his YouCan store, he must always make sure that he has enough credit to pay the invoice once generated, must be aknowledged that the balance is used to pay the commission fees, so it can’t be refunded all the time and for any reason.
To request a refund of the credit that the user has in his store balance, he is requested to explain why he would like to withdraw it.
The balance must be $10 or more to be refunded.
If a credit in the balance has been added for a period of more than 6 months, it can’t be refunded.
If the balance was purchased as part of a promotional deal, it can not be refunded.
The user can be refunded directly to the bank account he used to buy the credit, to a PayPal account, or we can transfer it to another store in YouCan.
Please note that the refund process in the case of the bank account may take from 4 to 10 business days depending on the bank policies.
10. Cancellation and termination
The user can cancel or delete its account at any time by sending a request from his store or by contacting the support team via [email protected] and then following the specific instructions indicated in the mail from YouCan.shop.
When either party cancels the services for any reason:
YouCan.shop will stop providing the user with the services and will no longer be able to access his account.
Any balance due to YouCan.shop as a result of your use of the services through the date of this termination will immediately become payable in full and the user's website services will be stopped immediately.
11. Modifications to the service and prices
The prices for using the services are not fixed and subject to change, provided that the user is notified 30 days in advance. This notification may be provided at any time by posting the changes to YouCan.shop or on the website / application via advertisement.
YouCan.shop reserves the right to amend at any time and from time to time or discontinue the Service (or any part from it) with or without notice.
