2.2 Payment services, Visa / MasterCard account, and bank or credit card
YouCan.shop has the right on behalf of the user, to provide the Visa or MasterCard with his information upon the request of the account holder after completing the registration.
The user informed that activating credit card, Visa and / or MasterCard payment services will be his full responsibility as the account owner. The account holder considers agreeing to the bank’s terms and conditions by simply using the bank transfer service in his store. YouCan.shop is not responsible for any breach of the bank's terms and conditions. If the account holder does not agree to the bank’s terms and conditions, he must disable the bank transfer services and not continue to use them in the store.
YouCan.shop reserves the right to cancel any account immediately after the confirmation of the use of a stolen bank card, or the manipulation of the card holder by the account owner.
2.4 Domain names (Store link)
YouCan.shop provides the account holder with the Subdomain (slug.youcan.store) for his store.
YouCan.shop allows the account holders to link the primary and sub-domain when purchasing a domain (link) via third party services as long as the YouCan.shop account is still active. The account holder is responsible for purchasing the domain (link), activating, and deactivating it based on his decision. YouCan.shop is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the failure of the account holder to maintain and manage his domain from third-party services.
3. General provisions

4. YouCan.shop rights

8. Pay the fees

9. Refund the balance
When the user buys a credit for his YouCan store, he must always make sure he has enough credit to pay the invoice once generated, and must be aware that the balance is used to pay the commission fees, so it can’t be refunded all the time and for any reason.
To request a refund of the credit that the user has in his store balance, he is requested to explain why he would like to withdraw it.
The balance must be $15 or more to be refunded.
Transaction fees for the purchase and the refund of the credit are covered by the seller.
If a credit in the balance has been added for a period of more than 6 months, it can’t be refunded.
If the balance was purchased as part of a promotional deal, it can not be refunded.
The user can be refunded directly to the bank account they used to purchase the credit, to a PayPal account, or we can transfer it to another store within YouCan, but this can only be done once.
Please note that the refund process in the case of the bank account may take from 4 to 10 business days depending on the bank's policies.
10. Cancellation and termination
The user can cancel or delete its account at any time by sending a request from his store or by contacting the support team via [email protected] and then following the specific instructions indicated in the mail from YouCan.shop.
When either party cancels the services for any reason:
YouCan.shop will stop providing the user with the services and will no longer be able to access his account.
The user does not have the right to recover any fees unless claused otherwise in the terms of use.

11. Modifications to the service and prices
