Upsell offers increase average order value by suggesting complementary or upgraded products to customers during checkout.
Creating an Upsell
- Go to the Upsell section from the left menu
- Click Add an upsell
- Set Campaign Name, Description, and Status
- Select trigger products (what the customer adds to cart)
- Select upsell products (what you suggest)
- Configure discount type (percentage or fixed), discount value, and optional min order value
- Set display conditions: Product Page, Cart Page, or Order Confirmation
- Set optional Start/End dates
- Click Save or Publish
Managing Upsells
From the Upsell list: Edit, Delete, View Performance, or Toggle Status to activate/deactivate campaigns.
