How to Set Up a New Upsell for Your YouCan Store

Upsell offers increase average order value by suggesting complementary or upgraded products to customers during checkout.


Creating an Upsell

  1. Go to the Upsell section from the left menu
  2. Click Add an upsell
  3. Set Campaign Name, Description, and Status
  4. Select trigger products (what the customer adds to cart)
  5. Select upsell products (what you suggest)
  6. Configure discount type (percentage or fixed), discount value, and optional min order value
  7. Set display conditions: Product Page, Cart Page, or Order Confirmation
  8. Set optional Start/End dates
  9. Click Save or Publish

Managing Upsells

From the Upsell list: Edit, Delete, View Performance, or Toggle Status to activate/deactivate campaigns.
