Upsells let you offer additional products to customers during checkout, increasing your average order value.


What are upsells?

An upsell is shown after a customer adds a product to cart, encouraging them to purchase a complementary item. YouCan tracks conversion rates per upsell.

Creating an upsell

  1. Go to Up Sells
  2. Click Add an upsell
  3. Select trigger product and upsell product
  4. Set message and discount if applicable
  5. Save

Upsell table columns

Name, Status (toggle), Creation date, Conversion rate, and Actions (view/edit/delete/duplicate).

Tips

  • Offer products complementary to what the customer is already buying
  • Keep the upsell price reasonable
  • Monitor conversion rates and adjust underperforming offers
