What is YouCan Ship?


YouCan Ship is a platform that aggregates in one place many shipping companies so you can pick the one that suits you the best. You can enable more than one shipping company. It also allows you to track the shipping process in real time with all the details you need to know about the parcels. 

YouCan offers many advantages for any e-commerce business owner, and since shipping is one of the most important components, you now have an application that is integrated into the administrator area so you can easily manage your shipping process. 



What are the advantages of using YouCan Ship?

  • You will not waste time on researching and comparing shipping companies, we did the work for you! All you have to do is pick!


  • You have real-time tracking of the packages! This means a lot! It means you can inform your customers of the status of the shipment, communicate with them in case of delay and always stay informed!


  • When it comes to receiving your money, YouCan Ship facilitates the process for you. Once your customers get their packages and pay you, you will receive your money in the next 24 hours!



Steps to activate YouCan Ship:


  1. Go to the Apps section and click on Install.
  2. Click on "Get Started" then you will be redirected to this page.
  3. Make sure to open your YouCan Ship account in a different tab.
  4. Click on Connect to link your YouCan store with your YouCan Ship account.
  5. Click on Authorize.
  6. You will then be redirected to a page with the needed steps to start using your YouCan Ship account. 

 

Note:

 

  • If you do not have an account in YouCan Ship, click on Register here, it will direct you to this page so you can create an account. 


  • It is mandatory to have the same email address in your YouCan and YouCan Ship account, if they are different ones, you will not be able to link your store with YouCan Ship. 

 

After these steps, your store will be linked to your YouCan Ship account. You can directly add confirmed orders to your YouCan Ship dashboard from each order’s tab, simply follow these small steps :


  • Go to All Orders.
  • Click on the icon to edit the order.
  • Click on Send to YouCan Ship. 



What can you do in YouCan Ship integration from your seller area?

 

When you connect your store with your YouCan Ship account you will be able to:

 

  • Directly access your YouCan Ship dashboard from your seller area

  • Add your pick-up addresses from your seller area

  • Enable shipping companies from your seller area


Once you follow all these steps, your store will be linked with your YouCan Ship account and you will benefit from all the advantages offered to you. Your orders will be sent to the shipping company you choose and will be delivered to your customers as you planned them.
