  • Here we have selected some steps to consider while defining the customer’s profiles:

How to define customer’s profile and needs:

To define your market, you need first to define your target, by answering the following questions: Who is your customer? How does your product solve his problems? What benefits will you bring him? Is he satisfied or stressed?

-  First Listen to customers, in case you start thinking about selling a specific product go search for it, read reviews about it, check every single word customer writes on it, how it was, is it good enough to have it in your store, check recommendations.

-  Second thing, start answering the question that we stated before, who is your customer? Check whether they are Female/Male/Kids/Animals. Also, the type of customers might be an Activity, Gym users, Gamers ... (This statistic can also help with targeting for Ads.)

Also, you should have an answer to these last two question;

- How does your product solve his problems? What benefits will you bring him?

For example: The phone case can protect your phone from damages / what benefits can it give? Simply Protection.

How to deal with customers:

It is a challenging thing dealing with customers, especially on e-commerce, where you do not meet customers in real life and check the product at the same time.

E-commerce customers are more likely to keep a bad image of your business due to the time of shipping their package or due to the quality of the product that many times cannot meet the criteria that picture shows.

However, a good Store owner can make all these things clearer, How?

-   By creating a space where customers can ask and receive answers, this space can be an Email as a support team place.

-   Social media accounts can help you listen to your clients’ needs and suggest solutions such as return, replacement and more.
