How to use the COD Manager App?

This app helps you to organize, list, track and follow your cash on delivery orders. 

To have an idea about the app most useful features click on "Get started": 

• After that you have to install COD manager

• The COD Manager page contains 8 rubrics to know :

1. Leads : Here you control the list of COD's orders and its information: reference, creation date, customer name, the order’s amount, order’s label.. Etc
2. Kanban: Here orders are listed by labels.
3. Stats: Here stats of orders by pipelines.
4. Mass operations: Here you can move leads from a pipeline to another.
5. Pipelines: Here you can create, add or modify pipelines.
6. Users: Here you can add or modify users information and determine its permissions
7. SMS: Here you can add or modify the SMS that are sent to the customer
8. Settings:  Here you can modify how many leads in Kanban view and the duration of the lead planification
