Max checkout amount and Max checkout quality

One of the issues that our users may face when launching a new store is that their customers may encounter an obstacle while placing an order in bulk or if the order total exceeds a certain amount during the checkout process.


Why does this issue occur?


Simply because, when a store is newly opened, some settings are applied to the store by default, and if left unedited, they might block your customers.


Steps to solve this issue:


For the max checkout amount error :

  1. Go to General settings then "Details". 

  2. Scroll down till you see the "Max checkout amount" and then customize the section as you wish. 

  3. Don't forget to click on "Save"


For the max checkout quantity error :

  1. Go to General settings then "Details".

  2. Scroll down till you see the "Max checkout quantity" and then customize the section as you wish. 

  3. Don't forget to click on "Save".
