This section gives you the ability to upload an image of specific sizes (we recommend using the size: 1064 x 132) to be a banner at the bottom of the page that appears to the customers when they reach the checkout page.
It should be noted that this banner doesn't t work if the "Express checkout form" is enabled. So to take advantage of this option (in case you find it more important than activating the "Express checkout form"), disable the latter and upload the image that you see fit for your target, and Good luck.
