YouCan.shop reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Use by posting updates and changes to its website or application. You are advised to visit the site periodically to view any updates that may affect you.

You must read and agree to the terms of use and Privacy Policy before becoming an official user of YouCan.shop.

1. Conditions for Opening a New Account

You must be 18 years of age or older or have reached the age of majority according to the laws and regulations governing the country from which you use the Service.

You must register on YouCan.shop to use the Service by providing your full name as it appears on official documents, current address, phone number, valid email, and any other required information as requested in the registration form. YouCan.shop reserves the right to reject any account request and to cancel any account for valid reasons per its authority.

YouCan.shop reserves the right to use the email address as the primary means of communication.

By joining YouCan.shop, you agree to receive emails related to your account, store activity, and platform updates. You can manage your email preferences or unsubscribe at any time through the links provided in our communications.

The user is responsible for keeping their password secure. YouCan.shop is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from a failure to maintain account and password security.

The user is responsible for all activities and content (data, graphics, images, links) uploaded to their YouCan.shop account (“Store Content”). No viruses, worms, or harmful codes should be transmitted, and the user is responsible for the legality of all content. Any infringement of intellectual property rights may result in account termination.

Violation of any clause in the Terms of Use, according to YouCan.shop’s authority, will lead to immediate termination of the Service and possible claims for compensation in the event of damages.

The registered user is not entitled to a full or partial refund of account activation fees, even if the account is activated and later found to violate the Terms of Service. YouCan.shop is not responsible for any fees or refunds imposed by third parties, such as credit card companies or payment gateways.

2. Account Activation

2.1 Activation and billing

Upon signing up the user is required to pay a $1 activation fee to activate their store. The store remains active for a period of three (3) months.

1. After the initial three-month period, a $1 payment is required to keep the store active, and a 30-day billing cycle is triggered. The store is billed at the end of the 30-day cycle, the applicable transaction fee based on the total transactions that were processed through the store, according to the applicable percentage fee as described on the pricing page.

2. Should the store generate $10,000 in sales before the first 90 days, the user will be invoiced the amount of $25.00 (representing 0.25% of the total transactions processed), and a 30-day billing cycle will be triggered after the first invoice.

3. After the first invoice, the store will be billed at the end of the 30-day cycle, 0.25%of the total transactions that were processed through the store, unless the user (store owner) decides to choose one of the monthly subscription plans (Monthly plans).

2.2 Activating more than one store

Should a user want to open a second store, their account has to be current, and all invoices of the first store should be paid. Under no circumstances should the user open a new store while the first store they open has a due balance. Opening an additional store without paying pending invoices, may lead to account suspension and store deletion.

2.3 YouCan.shop Account

The individual benefiting from the Service is the contracting party (the account owner), subject to the Terms of Use, and is the only person authorized to manage any other accounts provided by YouCan.shop.

If subscribing on behalf of an employer, then the employer is the account owner, and you are authorized by them, with terms applied accordingly.

2.4 Payment Services and Bank Transfers

YouCan.shop has the right to provide credit card companies (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or Discover) with account holder information upon request. Account holders are solely responsible for activating and deactivating credit card services and for managing bank transfer details.

Account holders are also responsible for adhering to Visa and/or MasterCard terms. YouCan.shop is not responsible for any loss due to failures in maintaining correct payment information.

2.5 Bank Transfer Service

YouCan.shop can activate the bank transfer service upon request and transfer fees are applicable.

The account holder is fully responsible for managing these services and maintaining correct bank account information.

2.6 Domain Names

YouCan.shop provides the account holder with a subdomain (slug.youcan.store) and allows linking to primary or subdomains through third-party providers as long as the YouCan.shop account remains active.

3. General Provisions

You must read and accept all terms of Use before joining YouCan.shop.

All services are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. YouCan.shop reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Use of the Service after any changes implies agreement to the modified terms.

The user shall not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from YouCan.shop.

4. YouCan.shop rights

YouCan.shop reserves the right to modify or terminate the Service for any justified reason without notice and to remove content that it deems unlawful, offensive, or that violates these Terms of Use.

5. Limitation of liability

YouCan.shop will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

6. Waiver and full agreement

Failure by YouCan.shop to exercise or enforce any right in the Terms of Use does not constitute a waiver of such right. These Terms represent the entire agreement between YouCan.shop and the user.

7. Intellectual property and customer content

You retain ownership of all content uploaded to YouCan.shop and agree that the content may be displayed and stored as necessary for providing the Service. YouCan.shop has the right to promote the Service using your store’s public information.

8. Payment of Fees

Signing up to YouCan.shop is free. Activating the store for 90 days requires a $1.00 balance purchase. Other fees apply on each sale made starting 90 days after the activation, according to the fee schedule described on the pricing page. Monthly subscriptions for premium services are also available. The user is required to visit the pricing page to learn about all the options and applicable fees. The pricing page is accessible here: https://youcan.shop/en/pricing. All fees are payable in U.S. dollars, and YouCan.shop is not required to provide refunds.

9. Balance Refund

YouCan.Shop Inc. does not provide refunds for unused balance. The credit of unused balance can however be transferred to another user or another store. Restrictions may apply.

YouCan.Shop does not provide refunds for the monthly subscription services either.

10. Cancellation and termination

Users may cancel their accounts anytime as long as their account balance is current and all dues are paid.

Prior to completing the account termination, YouCan debits any balance owed by the user to YouCan.shop or to any service related to YouCan.shop.

By terminating their accounts, users lose total access to the store, its content, and its services.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any user's account for any reason, including violation of these Terms or inactivity beyond the specified activation period.

11. Modifications to Service and Prices

YouCan.shop reserves the right to change prices and terms with a 30-day notice.

12. Third-party services

YouCan.shop is not responsible for third-party services integrated into its platform. Users are advised to review all third-party terms before use.

13. Copyright and intellectual property

YouCan.shop is committed to respecting intellectual property rights. Users are required to respect copyrights, and not use any content (images, videos) illegally, or without the permission of its owners. Users who sell illegal products or services will have their stores closed immediately, and their activities may be reported to the authorities.
