Order creation
The New Order section helps the user to manually create orders received from other sales channels like WhatsApp, phone, or social media, or if one of your customers encounters an issue while ordering, you can create the order.
Follow these steps to create a new order :
1- Go to the Orders section, click on New Order, and then a page will appear for creating a new order.
2- Select the product that is being ordered using the search bar then it will be automatically added so you can customize the order, these are the information you will see :
- Product name.
- The price of the product.
- The quantity you have in the inventory from this product.
- The possibility of entering the required quantity of each product.
- Total price according to the quantity entered.
- The possibility to delete the product from the order.
3- You have the option to give a discount to your customer if you want to. Simply enter the coupon code and it will be automatically deducted from the total amount of the order.
4- In the Customer field, enter the customer name if it's already registered, or create a new customer.
5- You can also use the tags field to add a tag for this order if you want, then click Save.
