How to customize emails sent to your customers ?

Customizing your emails can enhance the success and impact of your email marketing efforts, while also playing a crucial role in elevating customer satisfaction levels. It is important to note that crafting customer-centric emails requires a markedly different approach from generic emails, with the content being customized to suit the specific context and objectives.

To simplify the process of adjusting email templates, your dashboard includes a specific area where you can modify email template options.


To do this, follow these steps:


1. Go to the "Email templates settings".


2. Activate the type of email that you want to send to your customers.


3. Once you select a particular email template by pressing any button, a text editing space will appear allowing you to customize the subject line, button text, and email content. This is where you can write the appropriate message content based on the type of email you are sending.


4. You can use the available variants as per your preference.


5. Click on Save.
